De cocktailbar van Roast bevindt zich in een kelder. Je kunt hier terecht voor onze befaamde cocktails en uiteraard voor heerlijke bites. Hoofdbartender Andreas Budo en zijn protegé Mick Fletcher houdt van smaakexperimenten, de mogelijkheden zijn dus onbegrensd.

Denk hierbij aan de ‘Around the World’ een moderne tiki cocktail, een Smoked Old Fashioned, geserveerd onder een stolp van rook. Of de Marilyn Monroe Tattoo, onze signature cocktails waar veel gasten wekelijks voor terug komen. Wij maken next level cocktails!
